With over 20 years of engineering design and project management experience he established MJM, a boutique engineering consultancy out of a desire to better fulfil the needs of local land developers and to more strongly drive outcomes for his clients.<\/p>\n<p>Given the strong growth of the company in providing professional Civil Engineering consulting services, in 2005 Structural Engineering and Building Design departments were also established. Brendan Shumack became a company director in 2009, ensuring his valuable contribution into the future and further galvanising the company for continued success. Brendan has a wealth of knowledge across the disciplines offered by the company.<\/p>\n<p>The company continues to go from strength to strength, with an Urban &amp; Regional Planning department formalised in 2013.
